Directions to Heritage House Farm!
From Dallas via Hwy #175 off of I-20...
Take the "Kaufman
Hwy #175 East" exit off of I-20/LBJ 635. Follow Hwy #175 all the
way to Hwy #198 exit just outside of Mabank. Take a left on Hwy
#198 North, travel 1-3/4 miles, then take a right on FM 3080,
travel 4-1/2 miles on FM 3080, then take a left on County Rd.
#2816. ( These Van Zandt County Roads DO NOT go in order,
#2816 comes directly after #2802.)Our farm is app. 3/4 mile down
road #2816 on the left. The house is a two story with a green
roof.
From Dallas
via Terrell I-80 to I-20 off of LBJ Freeway...
Take the exit
next to Town East Mall in Mesquite marked I-80 to Terrell which
turns into I-20 just outside of Terrell. Stay on I-20 until you
reach the exit #516 marked Wills Point / Lake Tawakoni Hwy #47.
Take this exit and when you come to Hwy #47 take a right, which is
to the South. Follow Hwy #47 for 18 miles, until it dead ends
into Hwy #198. On Hwy #198 take a left, then an immediate right on
County Rd VZ 2802. Follow County Rd VZ 2802 for 2 miles, take the
second road to the left, which is County Rd VZ 2816. Follow County
Rd VZ 2816 which curves to the right, and watch for the sign in
front and a two story green roof house.
From Louisiana via I-20 to
Canton, then Hwy 198 to Farm
Take I-20 to Canton, take the Hwy
19 exit in Canton and go left over the overpass, proceed through
Canton on Hwy 19, you will cross Hwy 64 proceed on Hwy 19 to Hwy
243. Take a right on Hwy 243 proceed to the stop sign at Hwy 198
and take a left. Approximately 12 miles, watch for County Road
#2802 on the left. This is a small county blacktop road, and is at
the top of the hill at a slight curve in the road, there will be a
row of pine trees on your left, and a little white house and a
larger yellow house on the corner, it almost looks like a
driveway.
If you come to
the junction of Hwy 198 and Hwy 47 on your right, you will have
gone approximately 50 yards too far!!
After taking County Rd 2802 you
will proceed approximately 2 miles, and you will be taking the
second road to the left, County Rd 2816, after turning our drive
will be the first on the right. Our house is a two story with a
green roof, there is a sign in front as well.
From Austin
/ San Antonio via I-35 to Waco, exiting on Hwy 31 East...*Or*
From Houston via I-45 to Corsicana, exiting on Hwy 31 East.
After exiting
either in Waco off I-35, or in Corsicana off I-45, onto Hwy 31 to
the East, follow Hwy 31 all the way into the town of Malakoff.
Watch for the main intersection of Hwy 31 and Hwy 198, and take a
left which is Hwy 198 North. Follow Hwy 198 North for approx. 20
miles or so, crossing over Cedar Creek Lake several times, through
to the town of Mabank. Approx. 2 miles outside of Mabank, take a
right on FM 3080. Follow FM 3080 for 4-1/2 miles to County Rd 2816
take a left. ( These County Roads DO NOT go in numerical
order ) We are about a half mile down on the left hand side, watch
for our sign on front and a two story green roof house.
